At Fluorchem Corporation and or operational division for Fluorochemical products, Fluorchem Corporation Fluorochemical Operations, we have safely manufactured Fluorochemicals for years. At Fluorchem Corporation, we are both the manufacturer, and distributor of all or products. 

At Fluorchem, responsible manufacturing is our #1 priority when it comes to Fluorochemical Products. We prioritize both environmental safety and process safety. In our chemical processes involving fluorochemical products, almost all procedures conducted during development were carried out in sealed, negative pressure glove box atmospheres using remote handling equipment. This provides confinement for the material facilitating a high degree of operator and environmental safety. 

In 2022, Fluorchem Corporation Fluorochemical Operations began cosmetics production within the development programme for Propylene 150 and AC2. The cosmetics production line was intended to produce siloxanes and acrylates for use within production of hydrophobic coating products which were being utilized during internal test processes being undertaken as part of the development process for Propylene 150 and AC2. 

Excess product not needed for fluorochemical product research were being sold as consumer cosmetics products. In 2023 the cosmetics production line being operated by Fluorchem Corporation Fluorochemical Operations was worth over CDN $7,800. In 2024, the cosmetics line was discontinued by Fluorchem following the termination of research activities for Propylene 150 and AC2.

Our consumer fluorochemical products being Propylene 204 does not contain PFOS surfactants. Propylene 150 and AC-2 have not been sold comercially.
