How to use Propylene 204

Propylene 204 applies clear and colorless. It is important to use this product in a well-ventilated area. If this is impossible, a NIOSH approved respirator for organic vapors should be worn. Consult product MSDS prior to use

Before applying, test product on a small inconspicuous part of the object being coated to ensure the finish is what is expected as Propylene 204 is a permanent finish. It does not need to be reapplied unless surface experiences significant mechanical wear.

For best results, hold can, 6 inches (15cm) from the surface and overlap spray using slow-sweeping motion. A few thin coats is better than one thick coat.

As Propylene 204 is a product designed to provide a non-stick finish as well as other features, it is imperative that this product is not sprayed on floors, stairs, or other floor surfaces as this product provides an extremely slippery finish. When sprayed, it can not be removed, for permanent application only.

Which allows spills, oils and general grime fall right off. This means this property will never wear out or degrade over time. As long as the coating is not mechanically scraped off, it will continue to protect the surface.

A: No, Propylene 204 is not designed to be applied to clothing and textiles. It will not adhere properly to the fabric materials and may damage sensitive clothing.

A: Surfaces coated with Propylene 204 will be dry to the touch in approximately 5-10 minutes and will fully cure in 6-12 hours. It is best to avoid disruption of the surface including exposure to high levels of moisture for this time for best results.
